Approximately 14.55 miles  7 hours
Ordnance Survey Explorer Maps 136

Refreshments: Bewl Water Visitor Center.

This walk follows the around Bewl Water route for most of the way. Not all the route is at the waters edge and there is about two miles on quiet country lanes. Bewl Water is surrounded by woodland so most of this walk is through woodland but there are many views of the reservoir and each view is different. There are many activates on and off the water and at times the area can be busy but this can also add to the beauty.

Start Public car park behind The Greyhound Inn on the High Street Wadhurst. OS Grid Ref. TQ 640 316. Nearby post code TN5 6AP

It can be difficult to park here when the school is open. If so, there is a car park and roadside parking in Washwell lane beside the White Hart Pub.
